I started my interest in the trades at a very young age. My 15 years of experience as a general contractor has allowed me to act as a liaison for my clients and architects/ engineers get a level of understanding the process and efforts of completing projects. I’ve have helped many clients expand and diversify their real estate portfolios by providing construction models that achieved highest ROI in income/ multi unit buildings.  In the aspect of Interior Design, Space planning, rendering, AutoCad, and all city Codes of Chicago and IBC.

As an immigrant for Honduras from town called Santa Rita lloro, I arrived to the United States in 2006 with aspirations of a better life for and my family. Upon my arrival and not knowing what to expect, I was given an opportunity from a neighbor who is a licensed plumber to work as a laborer. With a drive to learn, I immersed myself with learning all there is about plumbing and fell in love with the trade. After putting  in the work, I worked my way up to become a plumbers apprentice. After fulfilling the all requirements with the State of Illinois, I was able to take the Plumbers state exam and passed. I have a passion to continue learning and growing in my area of expertise.
